Contraindications: Etho-Trenbolone is contraindicated in individuals with androgen-sensitive conditions including prostate carcinoma, breast cancer in males, or a documented hypersensitivity to Trenbolone Enanthate or any component of the injectable vehicle. Not approved for use in women due to high virilisation potential. Individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular disease, hepatic impairment, or severe renal dysfunction should not use this compound without direct medical supervision.
Side_Effects: Trenbolone Enanthate carries a significant androgenic burden: reported effects include accelerated androgenic alopecia in genetically predisposed users, increased sebum production, night sweats, and pronounced increases in aggression. Cardiovascular impact includes suppression of HDL cholesterol and elevation of LDL; haematocrit increases have been documented and require periodic blood work. Trenbolone-specific concerns include tren cough (transient bronchospasm following injection), and elevated prolactin potentially leading to lactotroph-related side effects if unmanaged.
Monitoring: Full bloodwork including lipid panel, haematocrit, prolactin, and LH/FSH should be completed before cycle initiation and at four-week intervals during the cycle. Blood pressure monitoring twice weekly is advisable given trenbolone's capacity to increase systemic vascular resistance. Liver enzyme elevation, though less pronounced than with 17-alpha-alkylated orals, should still be assessed mid-cycle via ALT and AST markers.
PCT: Post-cycle therapy should commence approximately 14 days after the final Etho-Trenbolone injection to account for enanthate ester clearance. A standard SERM-based protocol using Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) at 40 mg/day for two weeks, followed by 20 mg/day for two further weeks, is the established framework. Cabergoline or bromocriptine should be continued into the early PCT phase if prolactin elevation was detected during the cycle. Total endocrine recovery should be confirmed via bloodwork before initiating any subsequent anabolic cycle.
