General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all orders placed through the online shop forgemax.net. Any terms or conditions put forward by the customer that conflict with or deviate from these GTC will not be recognised.

§ 2 Ordering and Formation of Contract

By submitting your order through the online shop, you are making a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. Acceptance of that offer takes place either upon dispatch of the ordered goods or by means of an order confirmation sent by email.

Orders may only be placed by persons who are at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

§ 3 Products and Availability

We stock products from over 50 manufacturers and brands. All product descriptions are provided for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to make changes to colour, shape or packaging.

If an ordered product is out of stock, we reserve the right to supply an equivalent substitute — either within the same price range or at the same active-ingredient dosage (mg). You will not be notified separately; the substitution will be made automatically.

All products are sourced directly from manufacturers or official distributors. We guarantee the authenticity and correct dosage of all delivered products.

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros (€). A flat-rate shipping fee of €20 applies per order, regardless of quantity or destination country.

§ 5 Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin / BTC, Lightning Network, Monero / XMR, USDT)
Bank transfer
Card payment (coming soon)

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. Orders are not processed until payment has been received in full.

§ 6 Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped discreetly and in neutral packaging via courier or postal service. The estimated delivery time within Europe is 4–6 business days. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs-related delays.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

§ 7 Customs and Seizure

If a shipment is seized by customs authorities, you are entitled to a re-shipment at 50% of the original order value, provided you supply an official seizure notice (photograph or scan). A prerequisite for re-shipment is that you provide a different delivery address from the one used in the original order.

No re-shipment will be made in the following circumstances:

No official seizure notice is provided.
The same delivery address as in the original order is used.
The seizure is attributable to repeated false information provided by you.

§ 8 Uncollected Shipments

If a shipment is not collected for reasons within your control and is subsequently returned to us, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that you — or an authorised person — are available to accept the shipment.

§ 9 Warranty

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods apply. In the event of damage caused during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence. Claims for transit damage reported after this period cannot be accepted.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

We sell products — we do not provide medical advice. Use of our products is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for side effects, health complications or any other consequences arising from the use of our products. You should seek medical advice before using any product.

In cases of minor negligence, our liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations, and only up to the amount of damage that was typically foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.

§ 11 Legal Compliance and Personal Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to inform yourself about the legal status of any ordered products in your country of residence or destination. We ship worldwide; however, we are unable to provide legal advice specific to individual countries. We accept no liability for any legal consequences that may arise in your country.

§ 12 Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products (health-related goods with individual seals), the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is excluded once the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

For products that remain unopened and in their original packaging, a return may be arranged within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been inspected.

§ 13 Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy applies in full and forms part of these GTC. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties and will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, in accordance with the GDPR.

§ 14 Final Provisions

Should any individual provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original economic intent.

These GTC are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
