Shipping & Payment

Shipping

We ship across Europe and worldwide. All parcels are sent discreetly and neutrally — no logos, no branding, and nothing on the outside that could indicate the contents. The sender name is kept entirely neutral.

Shipments are dispatched either by courier or standard post, depending on which method is the most reliable and secure for your destination country. We select the carrier ourselves in order to ensure the highest possible level of discretion and successful delivery.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Europe takes 4–6 business days. For destinations outside the EU, delivery may take longer due to customs processing. Please note that we have no influence over customs clearance procedures or timescales.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €20, regardless of order size or destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Customs & Seizure

In the unlikely event that your parcel is seized by customs authorities, we will reship your order at 50% of the original order value, provided you supply us with official proof of seizure (a photo or scan of the official seizure notice). Please note that you must provide a different delivery address from the one used for the original order.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or accepted for reasons on your side, no refund will be issued. Please ensure that you — or an authorised person of your choosing — is available to accept delivery.

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Lightning Network, Monero (XMR), USDT
Bank transfer: You will receive our account details by email after placing your order.
Card payments: Credit and debit card payments are coming soon.

Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment has been received in full. For cryptocurrency payments, this is determined by the confirmation status on the respective blockchain.
