Contraindications: Do not use if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, anxiety disorders, hepatic impairment, or known hypersensitivity to yohimbine alkaloids. Not suitable for individuals under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those concurrently prescribed MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, or antihypertensive medications.
Side_Effects: Common: elevated heart rate, increased blood pressure, anxiety, perspiration, and gastrointestinal discomfort — all dose-dependent and most pronounced in stimulant-naïve users. Rare: severe hypertensive episodes, panic attacks, and prolonged tachycardia. Symptoms typically resolve as plasma concentrations decline.
Monitoring: Check resting blood pressure and resting heart rate before initiating use. Recheck after the first week at 10 mg/day. Discontinue immediately if systolic BP exceeds 140 mmHg at rest or if anxiety becomes persistent across multiple dosing days. Do not self-escalate beyond 20 mg/day without professional guidance.
PCT: Yohimbine is non-hormonal and does not suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis; post-cycle therapy is not required. When used alongside anabolic compounds, discontinue yohimbine at the end of the cutting phase and manage PCT solely according to the hormonal compounds in the stack.
