Contraindications: Not suitable for individuals with known hypersensitivity to any trenbolone ester, existing cardiovascular disease, hepatic impairment, or active prostate pathology. Women and anyone under 21 years of age should not use this compound. Trenbolone's androgenic potency — substantially greater than testosterone — makes it inappropriate for beginners transitioning from milder anabolic compounds.
Side Effects: Androgenic effects including accelerated scalp hair recession, sebaceous gland hyperactivity, and virilisation in susceptible individuals are consistent with the compound's high receptor-binding affinity. Cardiovascular risk includes suppression of HDL cholesterol and elevation of LDL; monitor lipid panels every 6–8 weeks. Night sweats, elevated resting heart rate, and insomnia are reported at higher doses and are compound-specific rather than ester-dependent.
Monitoring: Serum haematocrit, haemoglobin, lipid panel, and liver enzyme markers (AST, ALT) should be assessed at baseline, week 4, and week 8. Blood pressure monitoring is recommended weekly given trenbolone's capacity to increase erythropoiesis. Kidney function indicators (creatinine, BUN) warrant inclusion given trenbolone's documented nephrotoxic potential at sustained high doses.
PCT: Because Tri-TrenaTrex 270 contains an Enanthate ester with an approximate half-life of 5–7 days, post-cycle therapy should not begin until 14 days after the final injection to allow plasma levels to clear sufficiently. A standard SERM-based PCT (Tamoxifen or Clomiphene) lasting 4–6 weeks is the minimum recognised protocol. Hormonal axis recovery following trenbolone suppression is generally slower than after testosterone-only cycles; extended monitoring of LH, FSH, and total testosterone is advised.
