Contraindications: Traxine 20mg is contraindicated in individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, or stroke. It must not be combined with MAO inhibitors, other serotonergic agents, or additional stimulant compounds simultaneously. Individuals with a documented hypersensitivity to sibutramine or any tablet excipient should not use this product.
Side Effects: Reported adverse effects include elevated resting heart rate, increased blood pressure, dry mouth, insomnia, and headache. Pre-contest caloric and hydration stress amplifies sensitivity to adrenergic side effects; any chest tightness, palpitations, or visual disturbances require immediate cessation and medical evaluation.
Monitoring: Measure seated blood pressure and resting heart rate at baseline and weekly throughout the protocol. During the final two weeks of prep, daily monitoring is advisable given the compounding physiological demands of peak conditioning. A pre-protocol blood panel including lipid profile and renal markers allows objective comparison at cycle close.
PCT: Sibutramine does not suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and does not require post-cycle therapy in isolation. If Traxine 20mg is used alongside androgenic compounds, PCT obligations are governed by those compounds, not by the sibutramine component. After discontinuation, allow a minimum equal rest period before considering any repeat protocol.
