Contraindications: Testo Mix is contraindicated in individuals with androgen-sensitive prostate carcinoma, breast carcinoma in males, severe hepatic impairment, untreated polycythaemia, or hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation including the carrier oil. Not for use in women of childbearing potential or adolescents.
Side Effects: Supraphysiological testosterone exposure during bulking cycles may produce erythrocytosis (haematocrit elevation), accelerated androgenic alopecia in genetically predisposed individuals, acne vulgaris, injection-site oil granuloma, and mood fluctuation. Aromatase-driven estradiol conversion increases proportionally with dose, potentially causing gynecomastia and water retention if left unmanaged during a caloric surplus.
Monitoring: Obtain a baseline panel before cycle initiation covering total testosterone, LH, FSH, haematocrit, liver enzymes (ALT/AST), and full lipid profile. Repeat at cycle week 6 and at cycle end. Haematocrit above 52% requires dose reduction or temporary cessation. LDL elevation greater than 20% above baseline warrants dietary and supplemental intervention (omega-3 fatty acids at 3–4g/day).
PCT: A structured SERM-based post-cycle therapy is required after any Testo Mix bulking cycle. The decanoate fraction extends the clearance window to approximately 14–18 days post-final injection; initiating PCT before this window closes reduces SERM efficacy. Standard recovery protocols use tamoxifen or clomiphene for four to six weeks, with serial LH, FSH, and total testosterone measurement at weeks 2, 4, and 6 of PCT.
