contraindications: Not for use in individuals with prostate or breast carcinoma, severe cardiac or hepatic impairment, hypercalcaemia, or confirmed hypersensitivity to testosterone esters or sesame/arachis oil vehicles. Not intended for women of childbearing potential.
side_effects: Androgenic side effects including acne, accelerated scalp hair thinning, and increased sebum production are dose-dependent and remain possible even on low micro-dose schedules. Erythrocytosis risk persists with prolonged use; haematocrit should be checked at baseline and every 8–10 weeks. Estrogenic side effects such as fluid retention and gynaecomastia are attenuated by the lower peak serum testosterone of microdosing protocols but are not eliminated.
monitoring: Obtain baseline bloodwork covering total testosterone, estradiol, haematocrit, LH, FSH, LDL, HDL, and liver enzymes before beginning the cycle. Repeat a mid-cycle panel at weeks 6–8. A mid-week draw, timed 36–48 hours after the most recent micro-injection, captures the most clinically useful steady-state serum testosterone value during a high-frequency protocol. Adjust aromatase inhibitor dose based on estradiol results, not on symptom assessment alone.
pct: Post-cycle therapy timing is governed by the decanoate fraction's extended clearance window — allow at least 14–18 days after the final injection before initiating SERM-based HPG-axis recovery. Standard SERM protocols (tamoxifen or clomiphene, dosed per clinical guidance) apply. Confirm LH and FSH recovery at PCT weeks 4 and 8 via blood panel before considering the cycle fully closed.
