Contraindications: Susta 350 is contraindicated in individuals with androgen-sensitive malignancies, polycythaemia vera, severe untreated obstructive sleep apnoea, active hepatic impairment, or hypersensitivity to any sesame oil- or arachis oil-based injectable formulation. Not indicated for use in women of childbearing potential or individuals under 21 years of age.
Side Effects: Supraphysiological testosterone doses accelerate erythropoiesis — haematocrit elevation above 52% signals erythrocytosis risk requiring dose reduction or therapeutic phlebotomy. Aromatase-mediated estradiol conversion can cause gynaecomastia and fluid retention at high weekly doses without concurrent AI management. Androgenic acceleration of male-pattern alopecia is genetically determined and dose-dependent. HPG-axis suppression is complete at professional cycle doses; endogenous testosterone production does not resume without structured post-cycle intervention.
Monitoring: Minimum monitoring framework for professional-cycle users: pre-cycle baseline panel, mid-cycle draw at a consistent inter-injection interval (days 3–4 post-injection captures a reproducible steady-state value), and post-cycle confirmation panel at PCT weeks 2, 4, and 6. Track haematocrit, total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, LDL:HDL ratio, liver enzymes (AST/ALT), and LH/FSH across all time points.
PCT: Due to the decanoate fraction's pharmacokinetic clearance profile, delay SERM initiation until 14–18 days after the final injection. Standard SERM protocols use tamoxifen 40mg/day (weeks 1–2), tapering to 20mg/day (weeks 3–4), or clomiphene 50mg/day across four weeks, confirmed effective by serial HPG-axis bloodwork.
