Contraindications: Bluepeps Sermorelin 10 mg/vial is supplied for research purposes only and must not be self-administered by individuals with active pituitary tumours, confirmed malignancy, hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation, or during pregnancy and lactation. Persons with hypothyroidism should note that thyroid function affects GHRH-analogue response and should seek clinical evaluation before any protocol.
Side Effects: Reported effects in clinical literature include localised injection-site reactions (erythema, transient swelling), facial flushing, headache and dizziness following administration. Peripheral oedema and transient joint discomfort have been documented with prolonged GHRH-analogue use. Discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional if systemic reactions occur.
Monitoring: IGF-1 levels should be assessed by immunoassay before protocol initiation and periodically during use to track downstream GH-axis activity. Blood glucose monitoring is advisable, as GH-axis stimulation can transiently influence insulin sensitivity. Vial integrity, solution clarity and refrigeration temperature (2–8 °C) must be confirmed before every injection session.
PCT: Sermorelin does not suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis and therefore does not require a conventional anabolic post-cycle therapy protocol. However, researchers combining Sermorelin with androgens or other axis-active compounds should follow the PCT requirements specific to those compounds independently.
