Contraindications: Oxandrolone is contraindicated in individuals with confirmed hepatic impairment, hypercalcaemia, prostatic carcinoma, or known hypersensitivity to Oxandrolone or any excipient. Not intended for use in individuals under 18 years of age. Women of childbearing potential should not use this product without specialist endocrinological guidance.
Side_Effects: Adverse effects associated with Oxandrolone at PCT-range doses include HDL cholesterol suppression, transient elevation of hepatic transaminases (ALT/AST), lipid profile disruption, and residual HPG-axis suppression at higher doses. Virilisation risk in female users persists even at low oral doses. Androgenic side effects — including scalp hair thinning in predisposed individuals — remain possible despite the compound's relatively low androgenicity ratio.
Monitoring: Liver enzyme panels (ALT, AST) must be checked at baseline and at the Week 4 PCT checkpoint. Full lipid panels should be obtained at baseline and post-PCT conclusion. LH, FSH, and total testosterone are the primary endocrine recovery endpoints; monitoring intervals should be guided by the duration of the preceding cycle rather than fixed calendar intervals. Blood pressure monitoring is recommended throughout.
PCT: Oxandrolone during PCT is used as an anti-catabolic bridge, not as a replacement for SERM-driven gonadotropin recovery. It must be used alongside — not instead of — a clinically recognised PCT SERM protocol. Oxandrolone cessation should be guided by bloodwork confirmation of HPG recovery, with the final dose taper completing before or concurrent with SERM discontinuation to avoid a suppression gap at the transition point.
