Contraindications: Hexabol is contraindicated in individuals with active or suspected androgen-sensitive malignancy, severe hepatic impairment, or established cardiovascular disease including left ventricular hypertrophy. Women of childbearing potential should not use this compound due to virilization risk. Pre-existing polycythaemia or haematocrit above 50% at baseline represents a contraindication requiring resolution before any androgen addition.
Side Effects: Trenbolone Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate at supraphysiological doses suppresses endogenous LH and FSH, producing testicular axis shutdown within weeks of initiation. Night sweats, elevated resting heart rate, and changes in sleep architecture are frequently reported and are dose-related. Androgenic side effects including accelerated scalp hair recession in genetically predisposed individuals and acne are concentration-dependent. Lipid panel disturbance — specifically HDL suppression — has been documented with all androgen classes and should be monitored against baseline values.
Monitoring: Haematocrit, haemoglobin, ALT, AST, and a fasted lipid panel should be established before cycle initiation and repeated at weeks 4 and 8. Blood pressure monitoring twice weekly using a calibrated cuff is recommended throughout; Trenbolone's association with left ventricular load increase makes this non-optional. Subjective tracking of training stimulus response (progressive overload rate, inter-session recovery) serves as a functional proxy for receptor sensitivity status between formal blood-work intervals.
PCT: Post-cycle therapy should not commence until circulating Trenbolone concentrations have cleared sufficiently — given the hexahydrobenzylcarbonate ester's extended depot kinetics, PCT initiation before 14–18 days post-final-injection risks interference with the restoration window. A standard SERM-based PCT protocol (Nolvadex or Clomid, 4–6 weeks) should follow confirmed clearance; the goal is HPG axis recovery, which also coincides with the AR upregulation phase necessary to restore receptor sensitivity for subsequent cycles.
