Contraindications: Omega Meds Turibol is contraindicated in individuals with existing hepatic impairment, diagnosed cardiovascular disease, active prostatic pathology, or any androgen-sensitive malignancy. Female athletes should not use this compound due to virilisation risk associated with anabolic androgen administration.
Side Effects: Hepatotoxicity risk accumulates with extended oral phase duration due to 17α-methylation; LDL elevation and HDL suppression are documented lipid-panel changes during Chlordehydromethyltestosterone administration; androgenic side effects including acne and accelerated hair follicle cycling may occur in genetically susceptible individuals; HPG axis suppression with associated endogenous testosterone decline is expected during the active oral phase.
Monitoring: Liver enzyme panels (ALT, AST, GGT) are required at weeks two and four during any Turibol stack phase. Lipid profiles (LDL, HDL, total cholesterol) should be assessed at stack entry and at the four-week mark. Blood pressure monitoring is recommended when Turibol is combined with androgenic injectable compounds.
PCT: A SERM-based post-cycle therapy protocol using tamoxifen or clomiphene is required following any Turibol-containing stack. PCT start timing depends on the injectable compound's ester length — for long-ester bases, PCT typically begins two weeks post-final-injection. Turibol itself should be discontinued at least five days before PCT initiation to allow oral compound clearance.
