Contraindications: Do not use if you have active liver disease, hormone-dependent tumours, ovarian cysts unrelated to polycystic ovary syndrome, abnormal uterine bleeding of undetermined origin, or a documented hypersensitivity to Clomiphene Citrate. Pregnancy is an absolute contraindication.
Side Effects: Reported adverse effects include visual disturbances (blurred vision, light sensitivity, floaters), hot flushes, mood changes, nausea, and headache. Visual symptoms warrant immediate dose suspension and ophthalmological evaluation. Estrogenic rebound can occur if the course is discontinued abruptly without a taper.
Monitoring: Serum LH, FSH, total testosterone, and estradiol should be assessed at baseline (prior to first dose) and again at the end of Week 4. Liver function panels are advisable for courses extending beyond four weeks. Any unexpected escalation of side effects should prompt bloodwork ahead of schedule.
PCT-Specific: Clomiphene Citrate targets the hypothalamic-pituitary axis and is not a substitute for addressing Leydig cell recovery where HCG pre-loading is indicated. Do not combine with other SERMs in the same dosing window without medical supervision. This product is intended for adult males engaged in AAS-related hormonal recovery and is not approved for cosmetic or performance use in most jurisdictions.
