Product Description: Reusable Pen for 3 ml Cartridges
Reusable Pen is a mechanical injection device designed specifically for use with standardised 3 ml cartridges, enabling controlled, reproducible administration of peptides, HGH preparations and GLP-1 analogues. The device operates on a stepped ratchet mechanism: the user turns the dose dial to the desired value, attaches a compatible pen needle and performs the injection subcutaneously. The set dose is delivered precisely by the mechanical plunger drive, minimising the risk of over- or under-dosing.
The pen accepts standard 3 ml glass cartridges, as used with Norditropin, Genotropin and comparable growth hormone preparations, as well as lyophilised peptide formulations (e.g. BPC-157, TB-500 after reconstitution). The cartridge is inserted into the pen body and secured by a screw-fixing system; a cartridge change takes under 60 seconds in practice. The dose dial allows settings in defined increments (typically 0.01–0.1 ml per step, depending on cartridge format), enabling individually tailored dosing without additional measuring equipment.
Construction Features and Safety Standards
The Reusable Pen features an integrated needle guard (needle cap retention system) that prevents accidental triggering of the injection and protects the user from needle-stick injuries. The housing is made from medical-grade polycarbonate, which is chemically resistant to common reconstitution solutions (water for injections, bacteriostatic water, 0.9% NaCl). All product-contact internal components are made from pharmaceutically approved materials; the pen is sterilisable and designed for repeated use. The mechanical precision of the ratchet mechanism meets the dosing accuracy requirements of ISO 11608-1 (needle requirements for injection systems) and ensures a deviation of less than ±2% from the set dose value.
Application Area and Compatibility
Reusable Pen is suitable for all subcutaneous applications using standard 3 ml cartridges. Compatible product groups include recombinant growth hormones (HGH) in cartridge form, reconstituted peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin) and semaglutide and tirzepatide formulations in cartridge format. The device is not designed for disposable pre-filled pens and is not compatible with ampoules or vials. The use of pen needles sized 29G–32G × 4–8 mm is recommended; these are available separately. The pen is supplied as a single unit (1 pen), without cartridge and without needles.
