Contraindications: Masteroxyl 100 is contraindicated in individuals with androgen-sensitive malignancies, active hepatic dysfunction, or diagnosed cardiovascular disease including left ventricular hypertrophy. Women of childbearing potential should avoid use due to virilization risk. Hypersensitivity to any component of the oil-based formulation is an absolute contraindication.
Side Effects: Androgenic effects — including accelerated scalp hair thinning in genetically predisposed individuals, acne, and increased sebum production — are dose-dependent and correlate with cycle length. Prolonged AR stimulation beyond recommended cycle windows amplifies androgenic side-effect burden in addition to receptor desensitization. HDL suppression has been documented with androgenic compounds; lipid panels should be obtained at baseline and mid-cycle.
Monitoring: Track fasting lipid panels (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL) at cycle start and week four. Monitor haematocrit at baseline and mid-cycle as erythropoietic stimulation can increase blood viscosity. Blood pressure should be recorded at least fortnightly. Subjective training performance logs serve as a practical proxy for detecting early receptor desensitization.
PCT: Post-cycle therapy should begin within five to seven days of the final Masteroxyl 100 injection, consistent with the rapid clearance profile of the propionate ester. Standard PCT protocols incorporating a SERM (e.g., Nolvadex or Clomid) for four weeks support HPG axis recovery. The re-sensitization off-period should be fully observed before planning any subsequent androgenic cycle.
